Refund & Returns Policy

1. Custom Orders
Because all hats are custom-made, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size selection
- Customer design errors
- Change of mind
2. Lifetime Threads Error Policy
We will replace or refund your order if any of the following occur:
- The wrong design was embroidered
- The craftsmanship is defective
- You received the incorrect item(s)
- A production issue occurred that was caused by us
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
You may be asked to provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
3. Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist with a replacement or help initiate a carrier claim.
4. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once embroidery or customization has started, the order is non-refundable.
