Shipping policy

At Lifetime Threads, we strive to produce and ship high-quality custom apparel as efficiently as possible. Please review the shipping policy below before placing an order.


1. Production Time

Standard production time is 5–10 business days after:

  • Payment has been successfully processed, and
  • Artwork and proofs (if applicable) have been approved.

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Rush production may be available for an additional fee and is subject to approval.


2. Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from production time.
Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier used.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on destination and service level.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using major carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Lifetime Threads is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Re-shipment fees may apply if a package is returned due to address errors.


7. Delays & Carrier Issues

Lifetime Threads is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control

Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
We will assist with claim documentation when reasonably possible.


9. International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by location.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Lifetime Threads is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.


10. Custom Orders & Final Sale

All custom products are final sale.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any production errors caused by Lifetime Threads must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
