Lifetime Threads provides custom apparel services including, but not limited to:
- Embroidery
- Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing

- Custom merchandise production
All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Custom Orders & Artwork Approval
- Customers are responsible for approving all artwork, proofs, sizes, colors, and quantities before production.
- Once artwork is approved, Lifetime Threads is not responsible for errors including spelling, sizing, placement, or color variations.
- Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.
5. Production & Turnaround Time
- Production times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to supply chain issues, equipment maintenance, or volume.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Lifetime Threads is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed off to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Errors made by Lifetime Threads
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photos of the issue.
8. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- If an order is canceled prior to production, a cancellation fee may apply.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Lifetime Threads and may not be used without written permission.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the artwork provided.
10. Limitation of Liability
Lifetime Threads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifetime Threads from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Customer-provided artwork
- Trademark or copyright infringement
- Misuse of products
